The danger is the swarm. Dozens emerge at once, and their combined pressure overwhelms cautious adventurers before a retreat can be organised. At 36 health they die quickly, but each one guarantees a drop of Essence of the Void, making mass culls worthwhile. On very rare occasions a Voidheart surfaces too.
